Hatch launched by winning the 2013 MIPFormats International Pitch Competition at Cannes, scoring a global deal with Warner Bros for their music format ‘Big Again’. It’s been optioned in the UK, Italy and in the US by Warner Horizon/Ellen DeGeneres.
A month later, their scripted-reality comedy ‘The Very Trevor Ashley Show’ screened on SBS Australia which Hatch created and produced.
Hatch headed up on stage again in 2014 as finalists at Realscreen Washington Pitch Competition with ‘Psychic Surprise’.
This was followed by being signed by CAA, a branded content campaign for the ARU, their format ‘Auction My Life optioned by Good Clean Fun in L.A. and ITV Studios International signing them on to a first-look deal.
Greg was one of Australia’s leading advertising creatives, winning multiple Cannes Lions and every major Australian award.
He has created some of Australia’s most loved campaigns such as Woolworths ‘The Fresh Food People’ and Bundy ‘Drop Bear’. He wrote the short film Franswa Sharl, which won the 2010 Crystal Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival. He is the master of strong ideas that connect with audiences.
